Leading biotech companies, top 25 pharma companies, top 20 CROs and CMOs, more than 300 academic institutions, government agencies and the leading consultants and service companies.
One-third of attendees are from outside the USA, with about 60 countries represented.
At the last on-site edition in 2019, BIO hosted +17,000 industry leaders.

FIT will place a bulk order and invoice you for the selected items*

* FIT sends out 2 invoices: one for your participation to the Pavillion, and one for additional options such as convention and/or partnering access. Please indicate your preferences during registration.

Service Fee FIT (per company, VAT excluded):
Companies <250 FTE's or non-profit in Flanders: €500,-
Private companies >250 FTE'S or companies outside Flanders: €1000,-
Full convention/partnering access:
Premier Access (full convention access + Partnering in Business Forum + Exhibitor Booth Partnering): early BIO member rate $2400,- (valid until March 3) – standard BIO member rate $2600,-
General Access (full convention access without partnering in Business Forum): early BIO member rate $1400,- (valid until March 3) – standard BIO member rate $1600,-
Exhibitor Booth Partnering: $800,-
