De Clercq & Partners
De Clercq & Partners is delighted to invite you to a webinar on the topic of trademark protection and how genuine use can help you safeguard your registrations.
Genuine use is an important aspect in the life of a trademark. In order to remain validly registered and enforceable, a trademark should be in use within a certain time frame after its registration and continue to be used during its lifetime. Only then can a trademark serve as an effective tool to build brand equity and fend off competitors and counterfeiters.
