We are pleased to invite you to the "Global Health Research Networking Event” which aims at connecting French, Belgian and Dutch laboratories, companies and competitiveness clusters in the field of global health.

This event, organised by the French Embassy in Belgium, the Institut Français des Pays-Bas and Campus France, in partnership with Service public de Wallonie économie emploi recherche, will take place on 17 June 2021 from 9am to 12.30pm.

It aims to explore and strengthen the opportunities for research cooperation between our countries, particularly within the new European framework programme: Horizon Europe.

It is a follow-up to the webinar organised in December 2020 on European opportunities & joint PhDs in global health research, of which you can find the replay here: https://youtu.be/bKFTrEm5Or0 .

This new opus, which will take place entirely online, will focus on two main areas:

  • Active networking sessions, organised through the event's ‘chat’ and through dynamic networking. Before and during the event, a 'virtual catalogue' will gather the profiles of the participating establishments and institutions through posters.

  • In addition, a plenary session will allow you to discover a series of videos presenting laboratories and competitiveness clusters. You will be able to discover all the partnership opportunities offered in France, Belgium and the Netherlands, with the key people to contact for each project.

This event is free of charge for public higher education institutions, but registration is mandatory.

Registration deadlines:

  • Participation with a virtual poster (labs & competitiveness clusters) which summarizes the activities and cooperation opportunities of the participant. : May 27.

  • Normal participation (labs & competitiveness clusters and companies) which allows you to browse through the posters, see the pitches and contact the laboratories, companies and competitiveness clusters present live: June 11.
