Participation fee: 1250 EUR per company*

Includes:

• Participation to the FIT pavilion at BioJapan (11-13 October, Yokohama) with one A1 poster per company (+ assistance in the translation of keywords to Japanese and printing of the poster), display of promotional material and a page in the pavilion brochure (English/Japanese).

• Free access to the B2B meeting platform at BioJapan

• Speaker slot at the Flanders’ Life Sciences seminar at the BioJapan conference (12 October)

• Networking reception at the BioJapan FIT pavilion (12 October)

• Promotional and operational support for the above mentioned events  

• Optional but highly recommended: free participation to the EU-Japan Biotech & Pharma Partnering event on 10 October in Osaka. Practically, we schedule to arrive in Osaka on 9 October and return to Yokohama in the evening of 10 October, transport by Shinkansen bullet train.

*The participation fee does not include travelling costs nor accommodation. A group hotel booking is available for both Osaka & Yokohama.  

Programme

flanders.bio and FIT Tokyo are offering the following programme: 

• Your presence at the Flanders booth.  A pavilion at BioJapan 2023 (11-13 October, Yokohama), showcasing the Flanders Biotech and Life Sciences Cluster. This pavilion will promote the participating Flemish companies through one A1 display poster per company. The participating companies will also get a one page in the pavilion brochure (English/Japanese), and can display promotion material in the pavilion.  

• Access to the BioJapan B2B partnering platform.  The participating Flemish companies can register for the online B2B partnering system of BioJapan. This system enables live (or virtual) meetings with potential Japanese partners during the 3 days of the exhibition. In the past, this partnering tool has proven to be very efficient in connecting with the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry of Japan, and registration is therefore highly recommended. Each participating Flemish company will receive two free accounts. This account can be used by two persons of your company. • A networking reception at the Flanders Booth at BioJapan where you can invite your Japanese contacts. (12 October)

• Presentation at the Flanders’ seminar.  A luncheon seminar about the Biotech and Life Sciences Cluster of Flanders on 12 October at the BioJapan seminar hall at which the participating Flemish companies will be able to give a presentation. Japanese attendees will be invited by FIT Tokyo through its own network and the network of FIT’s life sciences partners in Japan as well as BioJapan secretariat. Your Japanese (potential) business partners are also welcome to participate. We're expecting a full room with +/- 120 attendants.

• Participation to partnering conference in Osaka.  Participation to EU-Japan Biotech & Pharma Partnering Conference in Osaka on 10 October organized by EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, Osaka prefectural Government and Enterprise Europe Network. A unique opportunity to meet (onsite/online) representatives of enterprises, research and educational institutions based in Osaka.
