  • Do I have to register again for the new date?
    No. We would like to reassure all sponsors and exhibitors that their registrations remain unchanged and valid for the new date. Of course, all physical orders (booth panels, furniture, TV screens etc.) will be cancelled. We will reimburse our exhibitors for the now lower price. To proceed, please fill in this form.

  • What about pricing of the exhibitor package?
    Pricing of the exhibitor package has been lowered substantially.  By default, flanders.bio will credit and refund you the following:

    €120 (excl. VAT) for catering included in your exhibitor package (€60 per ticket, excl. VAT)
    €705 (excl. VAT) for the member exhibitor package OR €1490 (excl. VAT) for the non-member exhibitor package

    To obtain this refund, please fill in this form.


  • What about additional orders?
    Extras paid for double and/or premium booths will be added on top of abovementioned refund. The recruitment package will remain but at a lower cost (€150 excl. VAT for members and €250 excl. VAT for non-members). The difference in pricing will also be added to the refund. 
    All running orders for furniture, TV screens and booth panels will be cancelled. (Normally no invoices were issued yet for these extra’s. If you did receive one, please indicate so at the bottom of this form or contact us directly).

  • I would like to support your conference. Are there still any options?
    Certainly. Please contact stefaan.galle@flanders.bio for more details.

  • How can I promote my participation?
    We will soon set up a page with download links to our marketing material. In the coming months you'll also be invited to insightful webinars to make the best use of our new digital conference platform and your exhibitor environment on that platform.

  • My company booked an exhibitor package but is unable to participate on September 9 - 10, (how) can I get a refund?
    We realise this is a difficult time for many and given the possibility that these unforeseen circumstances may result in double bookings for some, we’ll allow our exhibitors to cancel their participation free of charge, meaning you will get a full refund, until July 10, 2020. After this date we refer to our General Terms & Conditions (7.3.). Please fill in this form to proceed, indicating your request for cancellation at the end of the form.
