  • What if the on-site event can't take place?
    Although we're hopeful that the on-site event on 19 May can take place, and are doing our part to make this event safe for everyone involved, there's unfortunately no guarantee. As an organisation, we depend on the decisions made by our local and federal governments reacting on the contamination levels at the time. If safety regulations would prohibit us to continue organising the on-site part of the conference, we can fall back on our strong online platform and will offer you all plenary and breakout sessions in a live-stream.

    In short, all Full Access tickets will automatically be converted to Digital Access tickets and a refund will be issued for the difference. A cancellation of the on-site event does not equal an automatic cancellation of your participation.

  • What are the costs to participate?
    Please visit www.knowledgeforgrowth.be/tickets for an overview of all current prices. To benefit from early registration discounts, order your tickets before 13 March and save 40% or up to €375,- ! (Compared to late fees)

  • I’ve registered but haven’t yet completed the payment. What should I do?
    When you've succesfully completed registration, you will have received a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail, you can find your registration number and a URL that brings you back to the online payment platform. Enter your registration number and the e-mail used to register before completing the payment. (Check your spam folder if you can't find the confirmation e-mail!)

  • Can I pay by bank transfer? Can I get an invoice?
    All payments are completed through the electronic payment platform. Once completed, you will automatically receive your invoice by e-mail. We do not accept payment by wire transfer.

  • I can’t make it, (how) can I get a refund?
    Notifications received until April 1st get refunded for 100%. All notifications received from April 1st until May 1st get refunded for 50% minus an administrative fee of 50 euro. Cancellation requests received after May 1st won't be refunded. Replacement by a friend or colleague is always allowed. Cancellation requests can be sent to events@flanders.bio with the inclusion of your registration number.

  • How do i login to the online conference platform?
    First, make sure you have succesfully completed your registration on knowledgeforgrowth.be/tickets .

    If you have, you will receive an invitation e-mail from hello@swapcard.com with your login mid-April. Check your spam folder if you can't find it and consider whitelisting this e-mail address for future updates.
    Haven't received anything? Just go to www.login.swapcard.com, enter your e-mail address, create a password and you're in!

    Remember, the platform will officially open on 18 April, so don't panic if you can't login before that date.

  • Trouble logging in? Try one of these options:

    • Try using a different browser (Google Chrome is preferred, while Swapcard does not support IE or Edge)

    • Reload your page or copy the URL into a private window. (Sometimes called 'incognito window')

    • Do you keep getting the 'we have sent you an e-mail' message but you never receive it? This could be due to your company proxy/firewall settings blocking Swapcard e-mails. Please contact your IT department and in the meantime, send us your personal e-mail with which you registered.
