We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our team. Location: Belgium, or EMEA home office based with regular travel to Belgium

Minimum experience: +5 years in Content Marketing within the Life Sciences industry

As a Content Marketing Manager, you are a strategic advisor when it comes to elevating the brand and reputation of ONTOFORCE by creating compelling content stories and implementing content marketing strategies that connect to our global audience, hence contributing to ONTOFORCE’s ultimate purpose: improving the quality of life.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. CONTENT STRATEGY & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
You create the content marketing plan and social media strategy in line with the company strategy and objectives. You actively skim the market for new ideas and innovations related to Life Science and Pharma use cases to position ONTOFORCE as a thought leader in selected areas of knowledge discovery. You closely collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to translate the market information and customer expectations in a multi-level content approach. You conduct stakeholder interviews and identify gaps and opportunities in content. Information architecture: you create content models and give recommendations for taxonomy and metadata
2. TRANSLATE CONTENT MARKETING PLAN INTO ACTIONABLE INPUT FOR LEAD GENERATION AND DIGITAL MARKETING
You plan, create, improve and share valuable content to attract and convert prospects into customers and customers into repeat buyers. Your message considers the combination of the lifecycle of both your global audience and our product: right message / right channel / right audience / right time. You determine the content of campaigns, create, set up, and follow up actions, campaigns, and product launches regarding the different online and offline channels to offer updated information through the various channels at regular intervals. You play a leading role in managing both on-page SEO and off-page SEO analysis and execution, improving organic search engine performance, and setting goals based on click-through rates, conversions, and traffic. Operationally develop, supervise and support different communication products to guarantee uniform business communications.
3. RESEARCH AND ANALYTICS
Evaluate the efficiency and impact of campaigns, online and offline content, and potential 3rd party agencies to analyze to what extent these have been successful and ensure the quality and further improvement of the results. You carry out user research and usability testing. Monitor and analyze the organization’s e-reputation on the different online channels and recommend optimal intervention scenarios to protect the organization’s positive image and reputation.
4. ACTIVELY SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
Stay well-informed about the evolutions and developments related to DISQOVER, keep your knowledge up to date. Transfer expertise to ensure knowledge is passed on to the different employees within ONTOFORCE and, thus, guarantee long-term continuity.
A Master's degree in Economic / Commercial Sciences or Commercial Engineering or equivalent.
The ideal Content Marketing Manager…
Is a strong communicator with experience creating and executing content strategies across digital media.
Has 5+ years of proven content strategy and project management experience.
Acts as both producer and strategist, with proven experience in owning copywriting projects from strategy to production.
Is able to provide a compelling content vision for the ONTOFORCE organization and DISQOVER
Has customer-facing experience, since you will work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing
Has experience presenting to a senior-level audience and is comfortable taking the stage
Combines research & analytical skills with empathy and connect with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
Is result-oriented, and has the can-do attitude required to thrive in a scale-up company
