The 'Inside sales - medical devices  - digital consultant' is a highly innovative sales position. You will work with a fully integrated and high tech customer platform, reaching out to healthcare professionals with a need for surgical innovations and service solutions to our customers. Your customers will be hospitals, and in particular- purchasers, doctors and healthcare professionals. This way you help improving the overall customer experience.

 

Your primary focus in this position is growing & maintaining sales revenue in several selected customers and products. You will be part of the overall commercial team in your Business Unit and you will work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team, Customer Service, Commercial Operations (pricing) as well as the Key Account Managers, Integrated Health Solutions and tender organization. You will work in close cooperation with the Business Unit stakeholders in the country and you'll report to the Regional Sales Manager.

With a strong interest for comunication, you excel at negotiating and building customer relationships. Understanding customer needs come natural to you & you have an ability to close deals with customers to deliver results effectively. You do this with drive, but every deal is a team effort.

Key responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and market research (on customers, competitors and general market trends).
  • Identifying key stakeholders, opportunities & customer priorities into a solid account plan.
  • Promotion of assigned product portfolio using innovative technology.
  • Leading price & contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals.
  • Plans and executes multi-channel sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing (automated mailings, web campaigns with tracking & call to action).
  • Product service delivery by giving product information, forecasting and supply chain management.
  • Managing lead generation/qualification process.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with customers.
  • Mapping customer buying decisions making process & patterns.
  • Alignment on a regular basis with 'field sales force' and 'local marketing organization' as well as with your collegues from other BUs.
  • Preparation of high quality supporting documents.
  • Suppot of pricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, maintain accurate tender data base.
  • Attends all relevant sales meetings & product trainings (on the job growth).
  • Utilizing all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency (Salesforce.com) and completes all required administrative tasks (all reports and other KPI and metrics reports).
