Indigo is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hands-on Manufacturing Associate, to join the Operations & Manufacturing team. As a Manufacturing Associate you will be responsible for performing manufacturing operations, including building, inspecting and testing complex medical devices. You will be setting up and operating high-precision machinery including bespoke and standard lab equipment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Perform manufacturing operations and quality controls according to written procedures
Setting up and operating equipment involved in the manufacturing and testing of our medical device
Perform cleaning and maintenance routines in the manufacturing environment
Support labelling, counting, packaging of material according to written procedures
Report problems and improvements to team lead as soon as detected
Registration of information in a database
Inspection, registration and storage of incoming goods
Preparing and registering of shipments to customers and suppliers
Placing purchase orders
Requirements
Technical degree in engineering or equal by experience
Accept and be able to work in a medical device environment and be familiar with ISO 13485 standard.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Proficient knowledge of written and spoken English – working language is English Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team environment
Experience with lab equipment (e.g. microscope) or in a medical/pharmaceutical environment is considered a plus
Accept and be able to work in a medical device environment and be familiar with ISO 13485 standard
