Patient Recruitment Project Manager (based in Europe)

Patients’ views, preferences and experiences should be considered when designing R&D programs. Our patient-centered services leverage the patient´s perspective to enhance awareness, recruitment and retention.

Our Patient Journey team designs and delivers digital patient recruitment strategies combining expertise in digital marketing, therapeutic areas and clinical trials regulation. For this team, we are looking for a project manager with a positive can-do attitude and experience in digital patient recruitment. You will manage multiple international projects and have direct contact with all stakeholders involved, being the client, study sites and patients.

Location: Remote position for candidates living outside Madrid. Office-based for candidates living in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from start to finish while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Develop digital patient recruitment strategies that fit the target population of a study.

• Manage and produce patient screening, study page, and ethics documentation.

• Coordinate activities and manage resources from different functions and vendors

• Manage marketing campaigns and marketing budgets.

• Drive efficient communication with study sites.

• Deliver reports on the progress of the ongoing projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Clinical operations experience as a study nurse/coordinator, CTA, CRA or Project Manager.

• Experience in digital patient recruitment is an asset

• Technologically savvy as many IT tools are used

• Experience with digital marketing and/or software life cycle development
