Job description:

Ziphius Vaccines is a pharmaceutical company that focusses on the development of RNA-based vaccines. We are currently looking for a Portfolio Manager to support our research and development projects. You will be working in a young and dynamic environment where collaboration and teamwork are encouraged.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring value creation in function of the company’s strategic goals

• Development of analytical approaches to support no-regret decisions

• Perform scenario planning and impact analyses

• Defining concrete actions based on relevant data

• Supports business opportunities and relevant activities

• Define and execute assigned action plans related to target situation

• Communicating results, updates, and recommendations to colleagues and management.

• Working collaboratively with other scientists, technicians, and colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

Preferred qualifications:

• A master’s degree in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or any other scientific degree that allows you to fulfil the above-mentioned tasks

• Strong analytical skills

• Effective communication skills, including presentation skills

• Expertise with self-amplifying RNA is a plus

• Planning and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and drive change

• You are meticulous, results-oriented, quality-minded, with strong organizational skills and can work independently within your area of responsibilities.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, comfortable with a "start-up environment".

• Effective interpersonal skills, facilitate effective teamwork.

• Ability to meet deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
