About the opportunity
Join Sanofi Digital R&D as a Service Owner in Molecule Design, Screening and CMC service line. You will directly contribute to the acceleration of R&D by bringing your digital expertise in Research to maintain the lifecycle of digital systems dedicated to researchers. Activities in scope include workflows related to Large Molecule Research and screening. Your main objective will be to define, deliver and maintain Service lifecycle for Molecular Biology and Screening solutions following the challenging growth of researchers needs.

About growing with us
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall services for companion solutions around our core platforms Genedata Biologics and Benchling, which includes molecular biology tools like Snapgene or CloneDB and our legacy screening systems eWorboork and Activity Base.
Key Responsibilities
Define, monitor, measure and meet Appropriate Service Level Agreements [SLA], with the Customer, and Operational Level Agreements [OLAs], with internal Service providers, are established, measured and met Service Levels
Define, measure and report on customer centric end to end Service Performance [KPIs] and utilization metrics
Identify, communicate and execute Continuous Improvement plan, maintaining and improving key metrics around usage, quality, and performance of the service for which he/she is responsible. Define Roadmap and prepare business case for service evolution
Provide consistent Service-related communication and marketing
Ensure that service(s) are provided in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
About you
Qualifications/Education & work experience
5+ years IT Management experience, within an international and geographically distributed organization
University degree in management, relevant science or technology is desirable, Basic knowledge of molecular Biology/Screening would be a strong plus
Experience in operational management: delivering outcomes, stakeholders management, budget management, vendor management, IT operations. Experience working in service management with scientists is a plus.
Good working knowledge of Pharmaceutical businesses, processes, trends and challenges
