This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate and communicate proactively with team members. You can demonstrate experience in successful delivery of multiple projects from planning to realization.

You will

  • be responsible for managing multiple projects within highly innovative Life Sciences organizations

  • collaborate and communicate proactively with team members

  • be highly focused and driven to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of projects in accordance with defined objectives

  • serve as the primary contact within the Project Management group

  • execute projects in-line with business and supply chain strategies and targets in order to achieve financial and business-related results

  • be prepared to manage projects in the broader SC domain

  • work in the broader Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare) going from start-ups to global multinationals

You are

  • a Master of Sciences (Biosciences, Biomedical sciences, Commercial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Economics, Biology, Pharmaceutical sciences, Chemistry), a Master in Applied Economics or a Master of Industrial or Civil Engineering

  • able to approach challenges and solve problems in a methodical manner

  • able to understand the big picture

  • a strong communicator both in writing and verbally

  • stress-resilient, solution-oriented and able to cope with change

  • able to think outside the box

  • proficient in English

  • familiar with Office 365

  • Certified in 1 or more methologies (CAPM/PMP/PRINCE2/AGILEPM/ScrumMaster) or have work experience related to these methodologies

  • experienced with PM tools (Planisware, MS Project, Wrike, Planview …)

 

Cherry on the cake

  • excellence in Supply Chain Management

  • Lean Management (green or black belt)

  • APICS BSCM/CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certified

  • (Lean) Six Sigma, DMAIC modelling

  • Dutch and/or French knowledge

  • knowledge of digital (cloud-based) solutions (e.g. ERP, MES, …)

  • experience in data visualization & analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, ...)
