JOB DESCRIPTION

You have just received your bachelor or master degree in a life sciences area and you are ready to make it within the life sciences industry? MindCapture’s Young talent program offers graduates an interesting range of projects and trainings. (technical & soft skills)

• You start at MindCapture and you receive several trainings by our expert consultants in the scientific commercial area, quality management systems or regulatory affairs, lab equipment engineering, validation or project management. These are our technical expertise domains or “TED’s”.

• You will work at one of our clients and gain experience while working with our experts for each TED (region: Antwerp, Brussels or Ghent)

• Our internal talent consultants will follow up and support you throughout the entire process.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS

• You have just obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or you will receive it this year) in a life sciences or engineering area.

• You have affinity and you want to work in one of the following areas: biotech, pharma, medical devices, IVD, lab, healthcare or the chemical industry.

• You are eager to learn different aspects in one of our TED domains.

• You have the “consultant DNA” in your blood: you are eager to learn, flexible and driven to help your client!

• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
