As part of the Agricultural Solutions division of BASF, the Innovation Center Gent delivers innovative solutions for the Seeds business through modern biotechnology and advanced plant breeding. It’s one of the largest R&D sites within the Seeds group and employs about 400 employees from 20 different countries. The BASF Innovation Center Gent covers many aspects within the Seeds business from early discovery research to product commercialization, or as we call it: “from the lab to the field”.
