Business Manager Life Science

Being a Business Manager in the Life Science sector means that you will act as a trusted partner to help our business grow while developing your own team of life science consultants.

As a Business Manager, you are responsible for:

• Project and contract Management: Managing one or more projects and ensuring successful project delivery towards our clients.

• Business Development: Developing consulting activities and offerings around Avertim’s key service lines.

• Team Leadership: Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with Avertim's HR department.

We are looking for a junior business manager and/or an experienced business manager.

• Junior Business Manager: You have already a first experience as a consultant in the pharma industry or you're a young graduate with an internship in the pharma industry.

• Business Manager: You have 1-3 years of experience as business manager in a consultancy firm

• You hold a Master’s Degree

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• You have strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills

• You have excellent client management and relationship building skills

• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills

• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition

• You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile
