General Description
In the position as Investor Relations Manager, you are managing several key responsibilities in the company. You are a master in the field of investor relations as well as corporate communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting of press releases, coordinate the internal and external review process, and manage the distribution of press release using the corresponding platforms
Coordinate and support webcasts and conference calls for investor community and covering analysts
Assist in developing and updating corporate presentations
Assist in drafting business related sections of prospectus and annual reports
Assist in drafting content for corporate website, social media
Ensure consistency in all external communication
Maintain a good relationship with analysts, investors (institutional and retail) and media and handle their enquiries
Coordinate and support investment bank meetings and investor roadshows in Europe and USA
Organize and support retail shareholder events, R&D Day, Capital Markets Day, Media Day, KOL events
Maintain PR/IR databases
Organize and support general shareholders’ meetings
Support IR and PR activities for equity placements and debt financings, together with investment banks and external counsels
Coordinate with FSMA on disclosure requirements for Euronext listed companies, and coordinate inside information, in accordance with the European Market Abuse Regulation together with Compliance Officer
Guide services and budgets for external PR/IR companies
Key requirements
Good understanding of the capital market
Good knowledge of Sequana Medical’s programmes, including alfapump and DSR product
Ability to operate independently and proactively with external and internal contacts
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Sound financial and analytical skills
Required Education / Experience
Education: University degree in relevant subject. A science background is essential.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years industry experience from a biotech or pharmaceutical company. Industry experience from a PR or IR agency, an investment bank or similar is beneficial.
