Patent Paralegal

In view of its expansion, De Clercq & Partners is searching a motivated and proactive person to join our driven team of Patent Paralegals. 

Location: Sint-Martens-Latem, Leuven or Hasselt

About the job

• General administrative support

• Preparation and formatting of correspondence

• First point of contact for clients by telephone and email

• Management of meetings, calendars and deadlines

• Formal and administrative follow-up of case files

About you

• Degree in office or business management

• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus

• Very good command of Microsoft Office application

• Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to handle confidential communications in a discrete manner

• Experience as a patent paralegal is a plus
