We are currently hiring a

Programme Manager Data & Services Development

Mission:

  • You develop the flanders.bio knowledge centre and shape it with key figures and statistics of the life sciences industry (in Flanders, Belgium & internationally). To do so:

    • You are collecting, analysing and synthesizing key economic data for the life sciences sector.

    • You proactively explore themes and trends of the sector and translate them into value added positioning notes for our members.

  • You are proactively leading the translation of those data into relevant content for the creation of innovative services, for advocacy and for communication purposes.

  • You lead the design, data processing and reporting of flanders.bio’s members and partners satisfaction survey and/or other event related surveys.

Do you match the underneath?

  • You have good academic references in life sciences, ideally added some business training to it;

  • You have demonstrated an ability to collect, analyse, synthesise and manage key figures and statistics from previous experience in a study centre, consultancy, academia or governments;

  • You make maximum use of digital methods for study work, surveys, data processing and presentations;

  • You have affinity with life sciences tech companies and are convinced of their social role for value creation and the improvement of the quality of life;

  • You are result-oriented and attach great importance to responsibility and autonomy;

  • Working with deadlines doesn't scare you, and you don't have a nine-to-five mentality;

  • You are a real team player;

  • You are dynamic and have a customer-oriented / commercial attitude.

We are a small & dynamic team (9 people) which means that, in addition to job descriptions that outline tasks, there is a 'let's go for it' mentality. Everyone in the team continuously switches between operational work and taking final responsibility in specific projects and also provides support to important flanders.bio events such as the State of the Union, Knowledge for Growth, events in collaboration with our Strategic partners or the Board of Directors.
