About the Quality Graduate Program
The Quality Graduate Program is crafted to nurture the next generation of talent and support argenx’s 2030 vision. This 2-year program combines:
A Strategic Project: Drive innovation by leveraging data and technology to enhance quality processes at argenx. You’ll challenge the status quo and offer fresh perspectives on data-driven quality improvements.
Rotational Assignments: Experience a variety of roles through 4-5 rotations within Quality and adjacent teams. This hands-on learning approach allows you to develop vital skills, gain broad exposure to different areas, and build a strong professional network.
As a Quality Graduate, you’ll lead technological innovation projects and gain diverse experiences across Quality and related fields, setting the stage for long-term career growth in our fast-paced biotech environment. A dedicated Program Manager will guide and support you throughout the journey.
Role Overview
The Quality Graduate Program focuses on your innovation and personal growth. It offers:
A Challenging Project: You’ll work on a cross-functional team to implement technology-driven innovations in Quality, aligned with our long-term vision.
Rotational Learning: Through multiple rotations, you’ll gain critical competencies and insights, all while receiving tailored training and development opportunities.
Mentorship: Ongoing support from a Program Manager and direct reporting to the Head of Quality Innovation and Operations.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious graduates passionate about science and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
Completed Master’s degree in a life sciences-related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, etc.)
Background or exposure in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Robotics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics is a plus
Graduated in 2023 or 2024
Less than 2 years of full-time work experience (internships and placements excluded)
Fluent in English
Willingness to work on-site in Ghent
