Quality Operations Project Manager

CONSULTYS BENELUX is looking for a Quality Operations Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment and in a similar QA role.

Our QA project managers effectively lead projects with the customer’s team in order to achieve success and drive results. Your main objectives will be to align quality processes and quality tools (QA and QC teams) across 4 manufacturing sites.

The main duties of the role is :

• to act as the quality assurance representative for the global distribution (GD) activities (all activities related to shipments of products worldwide according to Good Distribution Practices);

• to ensure that GD processes and documentation are executed following GMDP requirements;

• to qualify and manage carrier activities as well as third parties logistics (3PL);

• provide quality support to distribution and logistics team when required;

• Write and maintain the carrier quality agreement;

• Write and maintain global 3PL quality agreement;

• Improve collection of KPIs for carriers and 3PLs;

• Provide coaching;

• ensure Good Distribution Practices and related Quality System is successfully maintained;(review SOPs when required);

• support the transport deviations and the improvement of the transport/3PL deviations process within the organization as well as review and follow-up of change controls linked to GDP;

• perform routine review of related SOPs (including authoring, review, and/or approval of controlled documents);

• ensure implementation of Good Distribution Practices when required.

ABOUT YOU: Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree

• Fluent in English (orally and in written) is a must

• 5 years experience in a similar QA role

• Proficient in Pharmaceutical regulations, especially in GMDP environment

• Knowledge of Distribution and Logistic

• SAP and Data Management is an asset
