• Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, fluent in English writing and speaking, French is a plus, other languages: we have a solid customer base in Europe and beyond, so always nice-to-have 

• Great at listening to our clients and experts, even better at capturing key messages 😉  

• Out-of-the-box thinker, being creative is part of who I am (any creative hobbies?) 

• Microsoft Office… no problem… I can do that with one hand… but should probably use two 

• Not one, but two eyes for detail (duh, we are selling analytical sciences here, you know) 

• Strong scientific mindset and quick learner… but don’t worry, you don’t have to be an über nerd, we already have plenty of those 😊 

• At least 3 years of experience in scientific writing, marketing or a related field, with adequate understanding of analytical sciences and instrumental methodologies 

• Experience with social media platforms - in a professional or personal setting - like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok (show us your work!) 👍 

• Experience with website building and digital content optimization (SEO, SEA) = 👍 👍 👍 

• Scientific Bachelor or Master Degree (Bioscience Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, …) 

• Additional degrees in Science (specialized Master or Ph.D.) or Marketing/Communications are a plus, but we believe that attitude and creativity can take you even further 🚀 

YOUR ROLE

• You help execute our company’s marketing strategy and plans by supporting the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy and brand consistency, including our unique tone-of-voice

• You gather inputs from your colleagues and prepare scientifically accurate marketing content highlighting the unique value of our analytical services to a diverse audience of scientists, industry professionals and decision-makers (white papers, case studies, brochures, newsletters, website copy, educational programs, social media messaging) 

• You translate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques (e.g. chromatography, mass spectrometry, electrophoresis) into clear, accessible language for various marketing channels 

• You organize meetings with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy 

• You collect and categorize internal scientific documentation and manage our internal knowledge database

• You take an active role in our company’s social media presence, both in terms of social media strategy as well as content creation. You contribute with fresh ideas, organize brainstorm sessions, plan and launch new campaigns, post regular updates, respond to comments, follow platform trends, report on statistics 

• You support your team members with several practical tasks when needed (e.g. maintain our company websites with updates, support final collection/check of conference materials)

• You report to the Director Marketing
