Are you studying life sciences and are you curious about what the life sciences industry has to offer? Then you should follow our OPINNO educational modules and BioBizz Cafés for students!
OPINNO – open innovation for successful entrepreneurship – aims to bridge the gap between life sciences education and industry, and stimulate entrepreneurship among students. One of OPINNO's initiatives is to organize educational modules and cafés with life sciences entrepreneurs that share their industry experience with students.
An OPINNO module will tackle topics as:
What can a career in a life sciences company look like?
Which assets are important as a scientist? Do you need a PhD?
Examples of different job descriptions in life sciences companies: managers talk about what they do on a daily basis and explain what their responsibilities are.
To prepare yourself for the event, take a look at our practical overview to learn more about the domains in life sciences and its starter jobs.
During the BioBizz Café, you can get in touch with several representatives from life sciences companies. This is a unique opportunity to discuss any questions you may have about career opportunities in the industry, entrepreneurship, etc. During the HR session of the BioBizz Café you can inquire life sciences recruitment specialists about best practices with regards to applying for a job. We encourage you to bring your CV and/or a motivation letter for tailor-made advice.
Registration is free of charge but mandatory before 29 March 2022. Missed the online registration deadline? No problem, you can still register on-site.
