Talent Accelerator Programme for BioBusiness

During this intensive 7-month programme, with in total 10 training days distributed over 4 modules, junior biobusiness professionals can learn in a group of peers from experienced executives, topic experts and each other through intervision coaching. The programme features inspiring experience stories, interactive case studies and various training and feedback sessions. The programme will accelerate the learning curve of these biobusiness professionals and thereby contribute to the growth and success of the companies in the the Dutch and Belgian Life Sciences & Health sector.

TAP BioBusiness will help you to develop quickly in your commercial role in Life Sciences. What does the TAP programme have to offer you?

The programme of the TAP BioBusiness course exists out of 4 modules, all focussing on different themes & topics to accelerate your learning curve and thereby contribute to the growth and success of the companies in the Dutch and Belgian Life Sciences & Health sector.

Each module comprises two days face-to-face (on-site) and a half day online programme with inspiring keynotes, experience stories, expert sessions, trainings, cases, intervision sessions and interactive break-out sessions. The programme is designed to facilitate interaction and offers plenty of room to bring in questions and cases from your own job.

Sparring Mentor

Besides the thematic training modules you will have the opportunity to benefit from mentoring from seasoned BioBusiness executives & experts with impressive track records, who have been in your shoes before and know the challenges and issues you may face. You will be coupled to a mentor together with 1 or 2 other participants with similar learning goals and positions so that you can learn from both your mentor as well as your peers.
