  • What are the costs to participate?
    Visit for a full overview of prices. To benefit from early registration discounts, order your tickets soon enough and save 40% or up to €480,- ! (Compared to late fees)

  • What is the difference between a Digital Access ticket and a Full Access ticket?
    A Digital Access ticket gives access only to the digital platform and content, whereas a Full Access ticket gives access to both the digital as the in-person part of the conference.
    Have a look at to see what's included in both tickets.

  • The registration form indicates that I have already registered, or that my e-mail address is already in use.
    There are several possibilities where this message can occur:

    • cookies: Visit the registration page through an incognito or private window, or delete the cookies from this page.

    • spaces: Please check that there are no extra spaces before or after the specified e-mail address. It can also cause an error message when the VAT number has too many spaces.

    • photo: If you have uploaded a photo, try to register again without it. This is not a mandatory field and you can also add it afterwards on the digital platform.

    • colleagues: Perhaps a colleague or an assistant already registered for you. Make sure as well not to register with a general address (e.g. but with your personal professional e-mail.

  • I have registered but have not yet completed the payment. What should I do?
    When you have succesfully completed registration, you will have received a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail, you can find your registration number and a URL that brings you back to the online payment platform. Enter your registration number and the e-mail used to register before completing the payment. (Check your spam folder if you can't find the confirmation e-mail!)

  • Can I pay by bank transfer? Can I get an invoice?
    All payments are completed through the electronic payment platform. Once completed, you will automatically receive your invoice by e-mail. We do not accept payment by wire transfer.

  • I cannot make it, (how) can I get a refund?
    Notifications received until 3 April get refunded for 100%. All notifications received from April 3rd until May 1st get refunded for 50% minus an administrative fee of 50 euro. Cancellation requests received after May 1st won't be refunded at all. Replacement by a colleague is always allowed. Cancellation requests can be sent to with the inclusion of your registration number.

  • How do I login to the online conference platform?
    First, make sure you have succesfully completed your registration on .

    If you have, you will receive an invitation e-mail from with your login first week of April. Check your spam folder if you can't find it and consider whitelisting this e-mail address for future updates.
    Haven't received anything? Just go to, enter your e-mail address, create a password and you're in!

    Remember, the platform will officially open on 16 April 2024, so don't panic if you can't login before that date.

  • Trouble logging in? Try one of these options:

    • Try using a different browser (Google Chrome is preferred, while Swapcard does not work well on IE or Edge)

    • Reload your page or copy the URL into a private window. (Sometimes called 'incognito window')

    • Do you keep getting the 'we have sent you an e-mail' message but you never receive it? This could be due to your company proxy/firewall settings blocking Swapcard e-mails. Please contact your IT department and in the meantime, send us your personal e-mail with which you registered.

  • What if the on-site event cannot take place?
    If safety regulations would prohibit us to continue organising the on-site conference, we can fall back on our strong online platform and will offer you all plenary and breakout sessions via livestream.

    In the event of a cancellation of the on-site part of Knowledge for Growth, either government imposed or otherwise, the offer will fall back entirely on the virtual component. Full Access tickets will then be automatically converted to Digital Access tickets. In case the full amount has been paid already, the difference in ticket pricing between the Full Access tickets and Digital Access tickets will be reimbursed. A cancellation of the on-site event does not equal an automatic cancellation of your participation.

    Under no circumstance can be held liable for other costs made in the scope of this event, such as but not limited to transportation and accomodation costs.
